Overview of STORBOX:
StorBox opened the summer of 2001 and the facility was full in 2007 just as we opened our new 4-story addition. We are the newest Pasadena storage facility and offer the largest selection of units in the area. We have wine storage In addition to standard storage and vehicle storage.

Storing at STORBOX:
All units are rented on a month-to-month basis with a minimum rental of one-month. You can store almost anything – Appliances, books, business inventory, files, furniture, household goods, motorcycles, office furniture, vehicles and any other non-perishable/non-combustible goods. You rent the unit and you control who has access.

We offer affordable standard storage units, climate-controlled units, vehicle storage and wine storage.

Our self-storage units range in size from 3’ x 5’ (12 sq. ft.) to 10’ x 30’ (300 sq. ft.). Our well trained staff is here to accommodate you 7-days a week. Our facility is clean and bright with personalized security access and the exterior, office, entrances, keypads and elevators are all video recorded 24-hours/day.

Do I provide the lock and who has access?
You can provide the lock yourself or we can sell you one. All units are alarmed, we provide you with a unique code to disarms the alarm before you access your unit. You control who has access your unit. You have the right to give your key and alarm code to others if you want them to have access.

Are there any discounts or specials?

Everything you’ll need to move in:
• Identification:
o California Drivers license or US Passport with a street address.
o If no street address then some proof of residence, for example a utility bill or bank statement.
• Alternate contact name, address and phone number – in case of emergency.
• Payment by cash, check or credit card.

Truck Rental / Free Truck Use:
We offer free ½ day truck use for move-in tenants that rent units 10’ x 10’ or larger and use it within 10-miles of STORBOX.
• The truck must be returned before NOON or before 5:30pm, depending on whether you use it in the morning or afternoon.
• A deposit is required.
• The driver must be at least 18 years of age, and provide a valid CA driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• The driver of the truck is responsible for the vehicle’s safe operation and any speeding or traffic violations.
• If there is any problem with the vehicle, just call our office and we will provide roadside assistance.

Paying my bill:
Autopay: This is the most convenient way and it charges your account monthly. You can discontinue at any time.

Pay On-Line: If you know your access code, you can pay on line by
• Credit / debit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa)
• Check - if you have your 9-digit routing number and your account #

Pay by Phone:
• Call the office with your credit/debit card # at (626) 793-9888

Pay by mail:
• Send check or money order (please note unit # on check), made out to STORBOX Self Storage to

Moving out:
Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice of a move, particularly if you have automatic billing.

If you move out within 10 days or your billing date and give us 2-weeks’ notice, we will prorate your rent for up to 10 days after your billing date. If you move out more than 10-days after your billing date, we charge a full month’s rent.
