This was my first time storing items in a storage facility, and I've had a great experience with Storbox. To start off, the staff were very friendly both over the phone, and even more so in person. It was very easy and painless to sign up and get a storage box, with a sweet deal of only $1 for the first month. I got their smallest unit (5x5) and even this was much bigger than I expected. I was able to comfortably fit everything from my dorm room, with little to no stacking necessary. It's also very easy to move your things in and out, as there are multiple access points and large carts at each dock. The facilities are clean and appear to have excellent security. There is even more comfort in knowing that it's not open 24hrs unlike many of the shadier storage places. Overall an excellent experience.

STORBOX SELF STORAGE is by far one of the best storage facilities in the San Gabriel Valley. The employees are very helpful and patient (thanks Pete). STORBOX is very clean, organized and secure in addition to having fair rates and policies. I plan to use STORBOX for all my storage needs while I reside in Pasadena. Highly recommended.

We love this place. It's the cleanest, securest storage place you can go to. I live 45 mins from this place and use it because of the security, the customer service is excellent, unit is clean, plays great music and has climate control. I recommend this to anyone.

You won't be disappointed. These are professional people and they are there to help with any storage issues or problems. Clean, wide aisles and flat bed carts big enough to handle anything. Maintained restrooms, great security and plenty of light to see what you are doing in your space. Friendly, sharp and efficient! Built to be a storage facility so everything has been well thought out (must have been a women involved). DO NOT HESITATE to use STORBOX SELF STORAGE.!!

We had a great experience with Storbox. Scott took time to show us many storage units throughout the facility to best suit our needs. The facilities are immaculate and set up that it is really easy and convenient to have access to our storage unit. The staff was friendly, personable, helpful and answered all our questions. The prices are good and competitive with other storage facilities in the area, however, the great service makes Storbox the top of the heap!
