Scott is the general manager for STORBOX Self Storage in Pasadena, California

Scott has been the General Manager at STORBOX since 2011. Scott has over 35 years management experience and is most proud of the level of customer service he and his staff provide to their tenants. Scott has a son, who is currently a Physical Therapist in Chicago, and a daughter who is an Environmental Scientist. Both completed their undergraduate studies at UCLA. Go Bruins!

Dawn joined STORBOX in 2025 and has been training to assume the role of General Manager. Dawn has over 25 years management experience in the self-storage industry and has worked for facilities large and small. We are glad she joined our team; her depth of knowledge is amazing. If you haven’t been introduced, please stop by the office and say hi. Dawn is a devoted wife and mother, as well as a dedicated pet and nature lover.

Lien is the assistant manager at STORBOX Self Storage in Pasadena, California

Lien started her STORBOX career in 2010. Since then, she has graduated from college (CSUN), married her high school sweetheart, and has 3 lovely children (twins included)! Lien is the STORBOX anchor who greets most of our STORBOX tenants (all 2000+) by first name!

Jay has worked for STORBOX since May 2025, and this is her first time working in the self-storage industry. She is hooked! Jay is passionate about customer service and has spent most of her career in retail management, mostly cosmetics, but also spent 10 years as a manager at Vans Shoes. If you stop by the office, you will see Jay wearing a new pair of VANS every day! Jay loves animals and looks forward to watching Shark Week every year.

Edgar joined STORBOX 3 years ago. The most common complement we get at STORBOX is that the facility is always impeccably clean. Edgar should get most of the credit for that. He works with a huge smile on his every day, never misses work, never comes in late, never frowns, never refuses a task. He is the heart and soul of STORBOX. Edgar is also a devoted husband and father.
